Electricity supply

A stable power supply is vital for an hospital. The national network Tanesco provides only unsteady electricity in the county.
Therefore we were the first to install a new emergency power generator which provides the essential power during the power outages from Tanesco.

Secondly, we have given a second life to the old Francis turbine, which supplies the need of ca 35KW of electricity continuously. The electricity that is in excess can be exchanged for compensation by the national power network.

A photovoltaic system is being planned in the nearest future.
